No refunds without a receipt. No refunds on custom design orders. 15% restocking fee for special orders (items not normally carried in our store) Cash refunds for purchases under $25.00 with receipt Refunds over $25.00 with a receipt will be issued a check in two-three weeks or may choose a store credit. Credit card purchases with a receipt will be credited back to the same charge account. Unit account purchases with a receipt will be credited back to the unit account. Please leave tags attached to clothing for exchanges or refunds. New (unopened and/or unused) items may be exchanged for like items. Defective merchandise, such as clothing, will be exchanged for the same item and size. Other defective merchandise can be exchanged for the same or like item of equal or lesser value.
