Scout
Oath

On my honor

I will do my best

To do my duty

to God and
my country

and to obey
the Scout Law;

To help
other people
at all times;

To keep myself physically strong,

mentally awake,

and
morally straight.

The Scoutreach District serves urban and disadvantaged youth throughout Blackhawk Area Council, and especially in the greater Rockford area.

Through the generous support of the community, Friends of Scouting, the United Way, grants, and other sources of support, young boys and teenage boys and girls have experienced Scouting. School systems, churches, individuals and other organizations have gone the extra mile to help our young population and future leaders.

Without your help we would not be at the beginning of the work of molding our youth with timeless values. Your support and committment personifies the Scout Oath and Law. Thank you for your time, funds, and resources, and for continuing to make a difference in the life of our youth.
