Internet Rechartering

January, February, March, and April of each year are rechartering months. 2005 was a pilot year
for all of our districts in that we initiated Internet rechartering to a test group of units in
each of the districts with great success. 2006 will see Internet rechartering as the normal rechartering process. Every unit will receive the typical rechartering packet, with most of the items you will eed to help you complete your charter. The one change is that instead of a charter printout inside, you willl receive your access code. Units will need to select a "Unit Processor" who will have the responsibility to complete the charter process on time. The Unit Charter Renewal System will allow you to renew your Unit’s charter online. You will be able to select the members from your existing charter roster, update their information, add new members, and see a summary of the costs associated with your new charter. |
