Blackhawk Area Council is comprised of seven districts which cover a twelve-county area throughout northern Illinois and part of southwestern Wisconsin. Districts:   Arrowhead   Sycamore   Wanchanagi   Wetassa   White Eagle   Ranger   Scoutreach

Notes: Ranger District serves Learning for Life and Exploring throughout Winnebago, Boone, and McHenry Counties Scoutreach District serves urban and disadvantaged youth throughout the council, and especially in the greater Rockford area
