2012 Schedule
Staff Needed
Day camp is just like all other Scouting programs, the strength and greatness of the program comes from the parents and volunteers. All five day camps are looking for parents that are willing to help in any sort of capacity. Range masters for BB and archery are needed so the boys can earn their shooting sports advancements. Volunteers are needed to help run individual stations throughout the week. If a parent is interested in crafts, sports, outdoors, or Scouting in general, their help will be greatly appreciated. Interested Scouters and volunteers should contact the camp directors to sign up or receive more information about how help is needed to make day camp a great experience for the kids.
Sign up for the day camp of your choice through your Pack Day Camp Coordinator. The completed Health History forms should be turned into the pack coordinator with the appropriate camp fees. The parent or guardian of the Scout must fill out the individual Cub Scout personal health history form part A and B and cover sheet. No Scouts are permitted to participate until the parent or guardian has signed their forms.
Your pack coordinator will then turn your pack registration and fee into the Council Office. Each Pack must have at least one adult volunteer with every four boys attending camp. Some camps offer a “Wee Camp” for non-participating siblings (ages 3-11). Everyone attending camp (scouts, adults, junior staff, and wee campers) must fill out the Health History form.
If you are in need of financial assistance to attend summer camp, any camp, simply download the Campership Application form, complete it and mail it in on or before May 1st to be considered. If you have any questions, please contact your Camp Director or DE.
