WE_Merit Badge Midway

White Eagle District  15th Annual Merit Badge Day

Saturday, January 11 2013     7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Sauk Valley Community College, 173 Illinois Rt. 2 (midway between Dixon and Sterling)

Cost including lunch is $12.00 per Scout if paid by Dec. 31, 2012

Cost including lunch is $15.00 if paid between Jan. 1 and Jan. 7, 2013

No reservations after January 7, 2013

(Includes lunch: 6” sub-sandwich, chips, pop or water, and cookie)

Additional lunches can be ordered at $6.00)

Cost without lunch is $6.00 by Dec. 31, 2012 and $9.00 between Jan. 1 and Jan. 7, 2013

THE REGISTRATION PROCESS HAS CHANGED THIS YEAR!

We will be using on-line registration, that opens October 1, 2012 at www.meritbadge.infoExternal Link so you can see what classes have openings. You can reserve a temporary seat in the class, for 3 weeks until the full payment is received. The seat will be permanent when the payment is received.

You can order lunches on-line under the “FOOD” activity for each person.

Registration is $6.00 for a scout and $1.00 for an adult. Lunch is $6.00 and includes a sub sandwich, cookie, chips and a drink. Sandwich choices are: 3-cheese, ham & cheese, turkey, or turkey & ham.

Please U.S. mail me a copy of your on-line registration with the full payment check, made out to “Blackhawk Area Council”.
