Registration and Participants:
Is in charge of registration of the units and
Cub Scouts attending the event. They are also responsible for them
putting out the Leader Guide for all Units to follow while they are at
AIRCAMP 2010.
Program
Area:
Is
in charge of organizing the activities for each level of Scouting, Static
Displays, EAA Young Eagles, OA activities.
Logistics:
Is in charge of the site location for the
following: camp sites layout, activities, vendors and food service. They
are also responsible for power, water and sanitation and everything else
not covered in the other areas.
Health & Safety:
Is in charge of public
safety,
Fire, and First Aid throughout the event.
Communication and PR:
Media Relations, Public Relations,
Advertizing of the event. Photos through out the event.
Finance:
Is in charge of Donations,
Gifts in Kind, Budget, Sponsorships and Souvenir Book.
